That is why we have built a shipping infrastructure designed for speed, accuracy, and transparency. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, shipping rates, delivery estimates, international shipping procedures, and how we handle lost or delayed packages.

Section 1: Processing Time
Processing refers to the time between when you place your order and when we hand it over to the shipping carrier. This does not include transit time.

Bulk orders (500+ units): 5–10 business days (we will notify you of exact timeline)
Important: Orders placed after 2:00 PM Mountain Time will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Example: An order placed at 5 PM MT on Friday will begin processing on Monday.
Section 2: Domestic Shipping (Within the United States)
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands). Note that shipping to non-contiguous states and territories may take longer and cost more.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Important: Lyrathis LLC does not collect customs duties, import fees, or value-added taxes (VAT). These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

How it works: When your package arrives in your country, customs may assess duties/taxes. The carrier will contact you for payment before releasing the package.

Estimation: Use a duty calculator (e.g., simplyduty.com) to estimate potential fees before ordering.

Refusal of delivery: If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is abandoned or returned to us, we will refund the product cost minus original shipping and any return shipping fees incurred.
For customers in the European Union: You may be charged VAT at your country’s rate (typically 19–25%). Some EU countries also charge customs duties on orders over a certain value (e.g., €150).

Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours of shipment

If your tracking shows “Label Created” for more than 3 days, contact us – the package may have been missed in a carrier scan
What If Tracking Doesn’t Update?
Some carriers (especially USPS for First-Class packages) may not scan packages at every point. Your package may still be moving. If tracking has not updated for 7 days, email us at longtd.lyrathisllc@gmail.com.
Section 6: Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Lost in Transit
A package is considered “lost” if:

Tracking shows no movement for 15 consecutive business days (domestic) or 25 consecutive business days (international)

The carrier confirms the package is lost
What we will do:

Open an investigation with the carrier (7–14 business days)

If confirmed lost, we will:

Ship a replacement at no cost to you (if product is in stock), OR

Issue a full refund including original shipping costs

Delayed Packages
We do not offer refunds for delays that are within the estimated delivery window or caused by:

Incorrect address provided by customer
However, if your package is delayed by more than 10 business days beyond the maximum estimate, contact us, and we will work with the carrier to expedite.
Stolen Packages
Lyrathis LLC is not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered (by carrier tracking) but stolen from your doorstep, mailbox, or building lobby. We recommend:

Shipping to a secure location (work address, friend/family with secure porch, or a package locker like Amazon Hub)

Requiring signature confirmation (available for an additional $3.99 fee – contact us to add to your order)

Installing a doorbell camera
If you believe your package was stolen, file a police report and contact the carrier. We will provide any documentation needed for your claim.
Incorrect Address Provided by Customer
If you enter an incorrect shipping address at checkout:

If the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs ($4.99 domestic, actual cost international).

If the package is delivered to the wrong address due to your error, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.

Section 7: PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
PO Boxes
We ship to PO boxes within the United States via USPS. Expedited and Express shipping options are not available to PO boxes – Standard shipping only.
APO/FPO Military Addresses
We proudly ship to APO (Army Post Office) and FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses. Shipping time is typically 15–21 business days due to military mail processing. Tracking may be limited once the package enters the military mail system.
When entering an APO/FPO address:

Section 8: Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items with different processing times (e.g., an in-stock sticker and a custom patch), we may split your order into multiple shipments at no additional cost to you. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Section 9: Shipping to Freight Forwarders
We accept orders to freight forwarders (services that provide you with a US address for onward international shipping). However:

Our responsibility ends when the package is delivered to the freight forwarder’s US address.

If the forwarder loses, damages, or delays your package, we cannot issue refunds or replacements.

We recommend purchasing shipping insurance if using a forwarder.
Section 10: Holiday Shipping Schedules
During peak holiday seasons (Thanksgiving through New Year’s Day), shipping carriers experience higher-than-normal volumes. Please expect 2–5 additional business days of transit time.

Section 12: Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged (crushed box, torn envelope, etc.):

Open the package and inspect the contents. Take photos of any damaged products.

Keep all original packaging until we resolve your claim.
We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Once the claim is approved (typically 7–14 days), we will ship a replacement or issue a refund, at your option.
