However, we also understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, arrive damaged, or simply not be the right fit for your needs. That is why we have developed a fair, transparent, and easy-to-follow Refund and Return Policy.
This policy applies to all purchases made on lyrathis.store. Please read it carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.

30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return. This window applies to all return reasons except where otherwise noted (e.g., lost packages). Returns requested after 30 days will be rejected unless required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
Important: The 30-day window begins on the delivery date shown in your tracking information, not the order date or ship date.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Product condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. For patches, this means the backing (iron-on, Velcro, or adhesive) must not have been removed or altered. For stickers, the item must not have been peeled from its backing sheet. For badge reels, the item must not have been worn or attached to any lanyard or clothing.

Proof of purchase: You must provide your order number (found in your email confirmation) or a copy of the original invoice.

Authorization: Do not send returns without first contacting us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom or personalized products: Patches, stickers, or badge reels that were specifically designed or altered based on your unique artwork, logo, or specifications. Because these items have no resale value to us, they are final sale.

Downloadable digital products: If we offer digital design proofs or digital stickers, these cannot be returned once delivered.

Gift cards: Lyrathis LLC gift cards are non-refundable.

Ship the package using a trackable shipping method (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL). Lyrathis LLC is not responsible for return packages that are lost or delayed in transit.

Important Note About Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning because you changed your mind: You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot refund lost returns.

Refund Processing Timeline
Once we receive your returned item at our Sheridan, Wyoming facility:

Refund Amount

Lost or Stolen Packages

Cancellations

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a product and wish to exchange it for a different size, color, or design, please:
