For security and operational reasons, Lyrathis LLC does not accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal (including PayPal Credit)

  • Venmo

  • Zelle

  • Buy Now, Pay Later services (Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm, etc.)

Refund Timeline

Once we approve a refund:

  • Credit/debit cards: Funds typically appear in your account within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing speed.

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay: Refunds are sent back to the underlying card or payment method used within the same 3–7 business day window.

Partial Refunds

If you return only part of an order, we will process a partial refund for the returned items. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).

Refund Notifications

You will receive an automated email from Stripe (cc’d to us) confirming that a refund has been initiated. We also send a separate email from longtd.lyrathisllc@gmail.com with details of the refund amount and reason.

Chargebacks

A chargeback occurs when you dispute a transaction directly with your credit card issuer instead of requesting a refund through Lyrathis LLC.   • Chargebacks incur fees for our business (typically 15–25 per dispute)

Pricing, Taxes, and Currency

Currency

All prices listed on lyrathis.store are in US Dollars (USD) . If you are shopping from outside the United States, your bank or credit card issuer will convert the USD amount to your local currency at their prevailing exchange rate. Lyrathis LLC has no control over exchange rates or foreign transaction fees.

Taxes

  • For US customers: Sales tax is automatically calculated based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax laws. Taxes are displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

  • For international customers: You are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or value-added taxes (VAT) imposed by your country. Lyrathis LLC does not collect these fees, and they are not included in the price or shipping cost.

Discount Codes and Promotions

If you have a discount code, enter it in the designated field at checkout before completing your payment. Discounts are applied to the subtotal before taxes and shipping. Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.


Frequently Asked Questions About Payment

Is it safe to save my card information on lyrathis.store?

We do not store your full card information on our servers. If you choose to “save” your card for future purchases, Stripe stores a tokenized representation of your card. The actual numbers remain encrypted and accessible only by Stripe. This token cannot be used by any other website.

Why do I see a temporary authorization hold on my card?

When you place an order, Stripe may place a temporary authorization hold on your card for the purchase amount. This hold is not a charge – it merely checks that funds are available. The hold typically disappears within 1–5 business days, depending on your bank.

Can I change my payment method after an order is placed?

Unfortunately, no. Once an order is submitted and payment is processed, we cannot switch the payment method. If you need to use a different card, you would need to cancel the original order (if not yet shipped) and place a new one. Contact us immediately at longtd.lyrathisllc@gmail.com for assistance.

Do you accept payment plans or “buy now, pay later” services?

Not at this time. We understand the appeal of services like Afterpay or Klarna, but we have chosen to focus on providing the best possible experience with Stripe. We may revisit this decision in the future.

What happens if I am charged twice?

If you believe you have been double-charged, first check your bank or credit card statement to confirm. Sometimes what looks like a double charge is actually a pending authorization plus a final charge. If it is truly a duplicate, email us with your order number and screenshots of both charges. We will verify with Stripe and issue a refund for the duplicate within 1–2 business days.
