1.1 What materials are your patches made from?

Our embroidered patches are crafted using high-quality polyester thread with a density of up to 12,000 stitches per square inch. The backing options include:

  • Iron-on: Heat-activated adhesive for easy application to fabric

  • Velcro (hook and loop): For detachable use on tactical gear, bags, or uniforms

  • Adhesive (peel-and-stick): For smooth, non-fabric surfaces

All patches are fade-resistant, fray-resistant, and designed to withstand normal wear and tear.

1.2 Are your stickers waterproof and weatherproof?

Yes! Our vinyl stickers are manufactured with UV-laminated, weatherproof vinyl that is:

  • Waterproof (rain, splashes, and even dishwasher-safe for bottles)

  • UV-resistant (won’t fade significantly for 3–5 years outdoors)

  • Scratch-resistant

We offer matte, glossy, holographic, and clear finishes.

1.3 How long do badge reels last?

Our badge reels feature stainless steel springs rated for over 50,000 retractions. Under normal office or hospital use, a Lyrathis badge reel will last 3–5 years or more. The ABS plastic casing is impact-resistant, and the clip is reinforced with a metal pin to prevent breakage.

1.4 Can I wash items with your iron-on patches attached?

Yes, but with care. To maximize the life of an iron-on patch:

  • Wait 48 hours after application before washing

  • Turn the garment inside out

  • Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle

  • Do not bleach

  • Air dry or tumble dry on low heat (avoid high heat, which can weaken the adhesive)

Following these guidelines, your patch should remain securely attached for 50+ wash cycles.

1.5 Do you offer custom designs?

Absolutely! Lyrathis LLC specializes in custom patches, stickers, and badge reels. Simply email your artwork (or a rough sketch) to longtd.lyrathisllc@gmail.com with the subject line “Custom Order Request.” Our design team will create a digital proof within 1–2 business days and provide a quote. Minimum order quantities:

  • Custom stickers: 50 units

  • Custom patches: 25 units

  • Custom badge reels: 50 units

1.6 What file formats do you accept for custom artwork?

We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) but also accept high-resolution raster images (PNG, JPG) at 300 DPI or higher. If your file is low-resolution, our design team may contact you for a better version.

1.7 Do you sell wholesale?

Yes! Businesses, organizations, and event planners can request wholesale pricing by emailing longtd.lyrathisllc@gmail.com with “Wholesale Inquiry” in the subject line. Please include product types, quantities, and your shipping address.


Section 2: Ordering Process

2.1 How do I place an order?

Simply browse lyrathis.store, add desired items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment information, and confirm your order. You will receive an email confirmation within 5 minutes.

2.2 Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

You may cancel your order for a full refund only if you contact us within 2 hours of placing the order AND the order has not yet been sent to our fulfillment team. After 2 hours or once processed, cancellations are not possible. To request cancellation, email longtd.lyrathisllc@gmail.com immediately with “CANCEL ORDER – [Order Number]” in the subject line.

Changes (e.g., address, product options) are generally not possible after order submission. However, if you contact us within 1 hour, we may be able to assist.

2.3 How do I know if my order was received?

You will receive an automated email confirmation from longtd.lyrathisllc@gmail.com. If you do not see it within 10 minutes, check your spam/junk folder. If still missing, contact us.

2.4 Do I need to create an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to:

  • Save your shipping addresses

  • View order history and tracking

  • Receive exclusive discounts

2.5 Can I order by phone?

We prefer that you order through our website for security and accuracy. However, if you have accessibility needs or technical difficulties, call us at +84915396966 during business hours, and we can assist you in placing a manual order.


Section 3: Shipping Questions

3.1 How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on your location and selected shipping method:

3.2 Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Japan, Mexico, Brazil, and 25+ others. If your country is not listed at checkout, contact us – we may be able to add it.

3.3 How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing time: 1–3 business days (orders placed after 2 PM MT are processed the next business day)
Shipping time: Varies by method (see above)

Example: A standard US order placed on Monday will typically process by Wednesday and arrive by the following Wednesday (total ~7–10 days).

3.4 Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page. You can also track your order by logging into your account on lyrathis.store.

3.5 What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

See our Shipping Policy and Refund and Return Policy for detailed procedures. In summary:

  • Lost in transit: We will open an investigation with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we will replace or refund.

  • Stolen after delivery: We are not responsible. Consider shipping to a secure location.


Section 4: Payment Questions

4.1 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept through Stripe:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

  • Debit cards (with Visa/Mastercard logo)

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

We do NOT accept PayPal, Venmo, cash, checks, or money orders.

4.2 Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

Yes. We use Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card details are encrypted and tokenized, meaning they never touch our servers. We never store your full card number.

4.3 Why was my payment declined?

Common reasons include:

  • Insufficient funds

  • Incorrect billing address

  • Card expired

  • Bank blocking international transaction (for non-US customers)

  • Daily purchase limit exceeded

Check with your bank or try another card. If problems persist, contact us.

4.4 Do you charge sales tax?

For US orders, sales tax is automatically calculated based on your shipping address and applicable state/local laws. Taxes are displayed at checkout. For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or VAT.

4.5 Will I be charged customs fees for international orders?

Lyrathis LLC does not collect customs fees, duties, or VAT. These are the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary by country; check with your local customs office before ordering.


Section 5: Returns and Refunds

5.1 What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return most items for a full refund (minus original shipping costs). Items must be unused and in original packaging. Custom/personalized items are final sale. See our Refund and Return Policy for full details.

5.2 How do I start a return?

Email longtd.lyrathisllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Do not send returns without an RMA number.

5.3 Who pays for return shipping?

  • If you changed your mind: You pay return shipping.

  • If we made a mistake (wrong item, defective, damaged): We provide a prepaid return label.

5.4 How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return (3–5 business days), refunds are processed within 1 business day. Funds typically appear in your account within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.

5.5 Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


Section 6: Account and Website Issues

6.1 I forgot my password. What do I do?

On the login page, click “Forgot Password.” Enter your email address, and we will send a password reset link. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder.

6.2 How do I delete my account?

Email longtd.lyrathisllc@gmail.com with “DELETE MY ACCOUNT” in the subject line and include the email address associated with your account. We will delete your personal data within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements (e.g., for tax purposes).

6.3 The website is not working properly. What should I do?

Try clearing your browser cache, updating your browser to the latest version, or using a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). If the issue persists, email us with screenshots and a description of the problem.


Section 7: Privacy and Security

7.1 Do you share my personal information with third parties?

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only as necessary to fulfill orders (e.g., with Stripe for payment processing, with shipping carriers for delivery) or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7.2 How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?

Click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email, or email longtd.lyrathisllc@gmail.com with “UNSUBSCRIBE” in the subject line. You will still receive transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, refund notifications).


Section 8: Miscellaneous

8.1 Does Lyrathis LLC have a physical store?

Not at this time. We operate exclusively online at lyrathis.store. Our physical address (30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY) is for administrative and returns processing only – it is not open to the public.

8.2 Do you offer discounts for military, veterans, or first responders?

Yes! Active-duty military, veterans, and first responders receive 15% off all non-custom products. Email us from a .mil or .gov address (or provide verification) to receive your one-time discount code.

8.3 How can I leave a review?

After receiving your order, you will receive an email invitation to leave a review. You can also leave a review on the product page of our website. We read every review and appreciate your feedback!
